My Choli On Rent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at cholionrent.com, related mobile applications, and supporting services that help users discover and coordinate choli rentals.   • Location data: location information you choose to provide (for example state, city, pincode, or map coordinates for discovery). We use this to power search and proximity-based features.
  • Messages: content you send through in-app chat, including text and media you choose to share with other users.
  • Contact sharing preferences: whether you have opted in to share contact details with another user, as described in the product.
  • Technical and usage data: such as device or app identifiers we may use for security and fraud prevention, server logs, and similar operational data.
  • Promotion and admin-related data: where applicable, information you submit in connection with listing promotions or verification (for example payment proof submitted for admin review), as supported by the platform.

  • Display listings, enable search and discovery, and show availability.
  • Facilitate chat between users and support bookings and coordination.

My Choli On Rent is a coordination platform. Rentals, payments, and handovers typically occur directly between users offline. We do not guarantee transactions between users and are not responsible for offline arrangements; see our in-product disclaimers.

  • With other users: information you place on a public or semi-public listing (such as photos and location fields) may be visible to other users. Chat content is shared with participants in that conversation. Contact details are shared only when the product’s mutual opt-in rules are satisfied.
  • Service providers: we may use trusted third parties to host infrastructure, analytics, email, or similar services. They process data only on our instructions and where contractually required to protect it.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or My Choli On Rent.
